FK Financial Limited builds client portfolios using an asset allocation approach − investing in cash deposits, fixed interest securities, property funds and shares (UK and overseas) in accordance with agreed risk profiles. Individual funds are then selected within each asset class to add further value. Under our review service performance is regularly monitored, and portfolios are rebalanced and reviewed in order portfolios up to date with changing circumstances.
Having agreed the overall shape of the investment portfolio, we seek to maximise tax efficiency through the use of the most appropriate investment wrappers for clients’ individual circumstances.
In addition to advising on the usual ISAs, collective investments and investment bonds, we also look at more specialised investment vehicles when appropriate, such as Absolute Return funds, Structured Investment products, and investments with special tax treatment and benefits, including Venture Capital Trusts and Enterprise Investment Schemes, which can save clients significant amounts of tax.
